Sri G.C. Agrawal , an M.com gold medalist from University of Agra, founded the firm in year 1978. He had done his articleship from M/s Parikh & Jain and completed his chartered accountancy course at the age of 29 years

Being the seniormost and founder of the firm , he is the guiding force of the partners, staff and articled clerks of the firm .His areas of expertise are taxation consultancy to individuals, firms and corporates . He has appeared before apellate authorites as counsel in various case relating to tax disputes . He is a veteran in the field of statutory audit of banks. 

Mr Alok Bansal did his graduation from University of Kanpur . He did his articleship From M/s S.K. Kapoor & Co. and passed C,A in the year 2000 at the age of 24 years . He joined the firm in Feb 2001 and is in practice since then.

His areas of expertise and interest ranges from auditing, financing , taxation (income Tax , & UPVAT ) , company law matters . In modern era of  e-returns , he has proved to be a great asset to the firm as he is an expert in e-filing of returns aunder various laws like income tax , vat , annual report of corpoarates etc.    

Mr Ashish Bansal has done his graduation from university of  kanpur. He did his articleship from M/s P.L. Tandon & Co. , He completed his C.A in the year 2001 at the age of 22 .He joined the firm in Sep 2001 . He also took a Diploma In Information System Audit awarded by the  Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

His areas of expertise and interest from Goods and Service Tax (GST) , Excise & Service tax ,Income Tax  auditing in information technology environment .. He is a visting faculty to National Academy of Customs Excise and Narcotics (NACEN) regional training Institute kanpur . He is also empanelled faculty of ICAI on GST .

He is a regular speaker on Goods and Service Tax on various forums . he Is also a regular contributor of articles on GST to various tax journals and portals .
