Tax Audit
Income tax Act 1961 require every assessee having turnover of Rs 40 lacs or more to get his accounts audited by a chartered accountant. This is popularly known as Tax Audit . We have number of satisfied clients in this category ranging from traders, manucturing companies to exporters transporters etc.
VAT Audit
The newly introduced Vat regime in Uttar pradesh requires assesse having turnover Of Rs One crore or more to get its accounts audite by a charterd accountant. It is the upcoming area of our audit practice and we are ensuring prompt service to our clients.
Internal Audit
Internal Audit is quite different from all the abovementioned audit ,since it is not imposed by any law on the client , rather inetrnal audit is conducted on self decison of the client. While conducting internal audit aou approach is proactive to plu the loopholes in the internal control system of the client .
