The firm was founded in 1978 by Sri  G.C. Agrawal , the seniormost partner and guiding force of the firm . In the year 2001 the firm witnessed infusion of young blood , when Alok Bansal and Ashish Bansal joined the firm as partners.

Since then firm is gaining new heights . The firm is empaneled with Reserva Bank of India and Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India for audit of public sector banks and undertakings ( see box) . We are also emapneled with various public sector banks , and companies for internal audit .

The success of the firm can be attributed to the zeal and hardwork of its partners and other staff memebers .

The firm has an excellent office infrastructure consisting of ample working space , 24 hrs power backup, desktop pcs , broadband inetrent , laser jet and dot matrix printers and above all workforce with excellent computer skills  (see box) .
